Wow.
Due to Covid Catherine kindly arranged a Zoom call to enable me to speak with her regarding any speech and language concerns I have about my 2 year old.
Catherine is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring she understood and familiarised herself with my daughters personality, characteristics and mannerisms relating to her communication and language skills. She is very easy to talk to and immediately shows her enthusiasm and consideration for the best possible support and action going forward.
After the call I felt positive, confident that the suggestions and guidance Catherine offered was considered, personal and specific to my daughter and reassured as a parent that I'm doing and know how to help my daughter progress in a relaxed way.

I thought you would be amused to hear this. J was asked to read a short piece in front of the whole school and their families at a big celebration.
D and I are very proud that she was asked to stand there in front of all those people to say a few words. Apparently she was totally unfazed by the event and - you'll be pleased to know - spoke clearly!
Looking back, it is remarkable that only two years ago we were ridding her of her dummy and you were working with her on an array of sounds. So, thank you again!
